At our store, every item is made to order through Printify and produced by trusted print partners around the world. Because each product is custom-made just for you, delivery times may vary slightly depending on the item and destination.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days before shipping. During busy seasons or holidays, processing times may be a little longer.

Shipping Times

Estimated shipping times after production:

• Canada: 3–10 business days
• United States: 3–8 business days
• International: 7–21 business days

Please note that these are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, weather, or high shipping volumes.

Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number by email so you can follow your package every step of the way.

Multiple Packages

Some orders may arrive in separate packages if items are produced by different print partners or shipped from different locations.

Customs & Import Fees

International customers may be responsible for customs duties or import taxes charged by their country. These fees are not included in our product or shipping prices.

Incorrect Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.

Lost or Damaged Orders

If your package arrives damaged or appears lost in transit, please contact us as soon as possible and we’ll work with the shipping provider to help resolve the issue.
