All of our products are made to order through our trusted production partner, Printify. Creating products on demand helps reduce waste and allows us to focus on thoughtful designs instead of mass production. Because of this, production times may vary slightly depending on the item and season.

Most orders are produced within 2–7 business days before shipping. Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a tracking email so you can follow its journey to your door.

Shipping times vary by location, but most orders arrive within:

• Canada: 5–12 business days
• United States: 3–10 business days
• International: 10–30 business days

Please note that delivery estimates may occasionally be affected by holidays, customs processing, weather, or carrier delays.

Since every item is made specifically for you, we currently do not accept returns or exchanges for incorrect sizing, colour expectations, or change-of-mind purchases. We strongly recommend checking sizing charts carefully before placing your order.

That said, if your item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect, we’ll absolutely make it right. Simply contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a few photos of the issue.
